I received an email saying an item is out of stock but it’s still available to purchase online?

This product was due to be delivered from one of our branches as part of our Concierge Service. The store of which were due to fulfil the delivery have had to cancel the order as when the store operative picked your item they realised it was faulty and is in an unsaleable condition. However this item may still appear on our website as other branches have this item in stock available to purchase. Simply place a new order for the item, and we will take care of the rest.
