Enter the reason code against the item(s) you wish to return and place it in the parcel with your item(s). Then take the unsealed parcel to a Doddle store, where they will then print a label and pack it up for you.
You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online here. You can find your nearest Doddle store at www.doddle.com/locations
Orders returned via a Doddle store should take no longer than 4 working days to reach us and we’d ask that you please allow an additional 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account once your refund is processed.
