My Delivery is Delayed

If your order is being sent from through our Concierge service, you may receive notification that your order is delayed if the courier hasn't collected your parcel from the branch within 3 working days.

However, it is still likely that your parcel will be collected from the store within the delivery timescale and be on its way to you soon.

If you have selected our Standard Delivery Service, we’d ask that you please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive with you, from the date of dispatch.

If your order arrives after the chosen delivery time scale, please get in touch by clicking here and we will be happy to reimburse any delayed delivery costs.

Please be aware, due to the recent snowy conditions there may be a slight delay in getting your order to you. Please be assured we’re working around the clock to ensure all orders arrive on time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
