My parcel is missing

We're really sorry you haven't received your parcel yet. If our driver wasn't able to obtain a signature from the delivery address, they may have attempted to leave your parcel with a neighbour. For any orders that are delivered to a neighbour, a calling card will be put through the door of the intended address to advise of the exact location . Please refer to your calling card for a property name or number. If your tracking link indicates that your parcel has been delivered and you have not been able to locate your parcel please contact customer services. In times of sale our standard delivery option may take up to seven working days.

Please be aware, due to the recent snowy conditions there may be a slight delay in getting your order to you. Please be assured we’re working around the clock to ensure all orders arrive on time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
