If an item is not available from our warehouse, as part of our KM Concierge Service we will search for it for you in one of our stores and do our best to find your special Karen Millen item for you no matter where it is.
If we are able to locate your item in one of our stores, we will confirm by email and send it to you within 3-5 working days.
If the item cannot be located in a store you will receive a cancellation notification within 48 hrs and you will not be charged for this item. This service gives you a wider and more convenient access to our range. Only available in the UK.
