Sometimes (especially during sale or festive seasons) we get a little behind. Please contact customer services if the refund time period has expired and we'll do our best to help.

*Please note it may take another 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have placed your order with. If you have paid your order with a Gift Card, then please allow 7-10 days and we'll make sure a replacement Gift Card is sent to the email address registered on your account.
