How do I return my order?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to notify us that you wish to return your item(s) or to return your item(s) using one the of below routes. This applies to both full price and sale items. If you are notifying us first, you must return your item(s) within 30 days of the notification date.

Return by Freepost (UK Only)

Simply post the item back to us using the Royal Mail Freepost label that came in the dispatch note with your parcel. Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel whilst requesting proof of postage at the post office. Please retain this until you have received your refund. You will receive an email confirming that the return has been received. Orders returned via Freepost should take no longer than 6 working days (up to 8 working days during sale periods) to reach us and we’d ask that you please allow an additional 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account once your refund is processed.

Return to Store

You can return UK deliveries to any standalone store. Just enter the reason code against the item(s) you wish to return and take the dispatch note along with your item(s) to any Karen Millen store (excluding concessions and outlets). Your refund will be processed immediately, however please note it may take another 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account from the moment your return has been processed in store. Return by Collect+

Enter the reason code against the item(s) you wish to return. Peel off the Collect+ label from your dispatch note and attach it to the outside of your parcel. Please ensure your original delivery label is covered. Take your parcel to any Collect+ drop off point. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You can find your nearest Collect+ drop off point at www.collectplus.co.uk/orders/new or just text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 e.g. COLLECT WD17 1HP. Orders returned via Collect+ should take no longer than 4 working days to reach us and we’d ask that you please allow an additional 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account once your refund is processed.

Return by Doddle

Enter the reason code against the item(s) you wish to return and place it in the parcel with your item(s). Then take the unsealed parcel to a Doddle store, where they will then print a label and pack it up for you. 
You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You can find your nearest Doddle store at www.doddle.com/locations. You will receive an email confirming that the return has been received. Orders returned via a Doddle store should take no longer than 4 working days to reach us and we’d ask that you please allow an additional 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account once your refund is processed.

Important Information

Items purchased in a standalone store must be returned to a standalone store in the same country that they were purchased in. Items purchased in a concession must be returned to a concession in the same country that they were purchased in. Items purchased in the UK cannot be returned to stores/concessions outside the UK. 

If you have paid by Gift Card or e-voucher you will receive an email with a new e-voucher within 7-10 days.
